Teeth problem :(?

Hey im a 17 yr old girl and ever since i got my adult teeth through ive had lotsa problems with my teeth. Ive always looked after my teeth well but when i was 8 my front teeth got these yellowy stains on them from fluorosis poisoning. I got lots of taunts from people as my teeth looked dirty even though they werent. I now have porcelain veneers on my front teeth but i dont really like them as i think they look quite a bit bigger then my natural teeth:( i am hoping to become a model, ive had a couple of offers but im just so self concious about my teeth i dont know what to do to get them looking nice and white and well..normal! Reply:You can get your veneers changed. I would shop around for a good cosmetic dentist, ask for quotes and for pictures of what they can offer. Different dentists use different technicians - some are better than others.





I think you must be prepared to throw a bit of money at this one, as to get a VERY good result it can involve visiting the technician so that the shade of the veneers are exactly right.





Some dentists take photos of before and after - so that they can show other patients what they can achieve.





Good veneers are very hard to see - you should end up with a very good result. Your other teeth could be bleached if necessary (but of course this should be done BEFORE the veneers are made)





Go and see your dentist and see what they say, and if you aren%26#039;t pleased with their answer, then find another.

I know its hard to accept, but to others your teeth look normal, part of you. I%26#039;ve had all of my front teeth (and most of the back crowned, and people never realise.


At your age people would think they are an %26quot;original%26quot; part of you, and not even query them.


Just smile big and think %26quot;I%26#039;m doing a job I want to do%26quot;
